Refund Policy




Please read the following statement to understand the refund policy ("Refund Policy") of Stratumsoft Technologies Private Limited ("Stratumsoft"). Accept of the terms of this Refund Policy is mandatory prior to purchasing any software from us.


Prior to making any purchase, Startumsoft provides you with a 15 day trial period to test usage, compatibility and efficacy of our products. We encourage you to use the trial period prior to making a purchase.


Please note that as a rule Stratumsoft will not entertain and approve any request for refund, particularly if the software license has already been issued to you on our website and by e-mail, once a payment has been made. We presume that you would have utilized the trial period and would have purchased the software after being fully satisfied with the efficacy, utility and functioning of the software.


Only in a rare instance, if, within 30 days from the date of purchase, there arises technical difficulties owing to which the software doesn’t function at all, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, please provide us with all information to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, number of licenses purchased, etc.).


If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request has been duly made, you must submit to us a letter of destruction of software before we process the refund. Please note, despite the destruction of software and a refund, you will still be subject to Section 9.5 of the Stratumsoft International License Agreement which you may review here.


Stratumsoft will refund the purchase consideration to the credit card or PayPal account through which the original purchase was made. We may charge an administration fee to cover processing costs and third-party commissions .
